The chemistry laboratory in Tromsø provides analyses of environmental parameters and chemical components in water, sediment, and biota, supporting both research projects and monitoring programs:

• Grain size distribution analysis
• Organic content (TOC, TN, TOM)
• Fatty acids (including "aquaculture markers") and wax esters
• Chlorophyll and pigment analyses
• Oil and petroleum products (PAH, THC)
• Mercury analyses

Through our partners, we also offer analysis of a range of other organic and inorganic parameters. Our analytical methods can be optimized in consultation with the client. Please contact us for more information.
